The audio zone now has a dedicated computer for audio production including Ableton 9 Suite. Ableton Live is a professional-quality but user-friendly program that can be used for musical recording, editing, and performance! This software is available to IFL members of all levels along with a collection of midi instruments and controllers (including an M-audio 61-key midi keyboard, AKAI APC 40 Ableton controller, and KRK Rokit 6SE monitor speakers). For anyone who has ever wanted to create or just play around with music, staff members Billy Hopkins (aka Simple Science) and Dave Clayton (aka Clayton The Chemist) are happy to share their knowledge of both musical production and DJ performance.
